  • Generate AI-powered variations with different poses, backgrounds, and styling

  • Manage workspaces and collaborate with team members

  • Purchase credits and subscription plans for image generation

  • Download and use generated images for commercial purposes

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

  • You are liable for all activities under your account

  • Accounts are non-transferable without written consent

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information

  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models

  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

  • Share account credentials or resell access

  • Circumvent usage limits or payment systems

  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store your images solely to provide our service.

Generated Images

You own the commercial rights to images generated through our service, subject to your subscription being active and in good standing.

Our Platform

Catalogify.AI, including our AI models, algorithms, software, and branding, are our exclusive property.

Payment Terms

Billing & Credits

  • Credits are non-refundable and expire according to your plan terms

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility

  • Service may be suspended if payment fails

  • You may cancel anytime; access continues until period end

Service Availability & Limitations

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitations

  • Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime

  • Third-party service failures (cloud providers, AI models)

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AS-IS SERVICE: Catalogify.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

LIABILITY LIMIT: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

Termination

  • By You: Cancel your subscription anytime from account settings

  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

  • Effect: Upon termination, your access ends and data may be deleted after 30 days

  • Survival: Payment obligations, IP rights, and liability limitations survive termination

Governing Law & Disputes
