By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using Catalogify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "You", or "Your") and Generation Next.

Catalogify is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered platform that enables users to transform ordinary product photographs into professional catalog-ready images suitable for:

• E-commerce websites
• Online marketplaces
• Social media marketing
• Product catalogs
• Advertising campaigns
• Brand presentations
• Promotional materials

The Platform uses AI technologies to process uploaded images and generate enhanced outputs based on user-selected preferences and settings.

To use Catalogify, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authorization from a parent or guardian.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if false, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.

Users may be required to register an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
• All activities conducted under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Catalogify shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect account credentials.

Catalogify operates on a prepaid credit-based model.

All purchases made on Catalogify are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

In exceptional cases involving technical failures, support requests may be reviewed individually.

Users retain ownership of images uploaded to the Platform.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content; or
• You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and process the content.

You grant Catalogify a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process, analyze, modify, and generate outputs solely for providing the requested services.

Users shall not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

Catalogify reserves the right to remove such content without notice.

Catalogify uses Artificial Intelligence technologies to generate image outputs.

Users acknowledge that:

• Results may vary depending on image quality and inputs.
• Generated outputs may not always meet specific expectations.
• AI-generated content may require user review before commercial publication.

While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific artistic, commercial, or marketing outcomes.

All rights relating to the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Software
• Algorithms
• AI workflows
• Branding
• Logos
• User interface designs
• Website content

remain the exclusive property of Generation Next.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to users.

We strive to maintain reliable services; however, Catalogify does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

The Platform may undergo:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Feature enhancements

without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalogify and Generation Next shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• Revenue loss

arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Users utilize the Platform at their own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse platform resources
• Upload prohibited content
• Attempt unauthorized access

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:

• Payment gateways
• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics providers
• Authentication providers

Catalogify is not responsible for the policies or practices of such third-party services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generation Next, its employees, partners, directors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights

Catalogify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
