24-Hour Refund Window

Unused Credits Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 24 hours of payment for unused credits only. Once credits are used to generate images, they become non-refundable.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Request must be made within 24 hours of purchase

  • Credits must be completely unused (no images generated)

  • Account must not have violated our Terms of Service

  • Refund processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days

Refundable Situations

We will issue refunds for credit purchases in the following situations:

Unused Credits

Credits not used within 24 hours of purchase if you're not satisfied with the service.

Service Unavailable

Our AI generation service was unavailable or non-functional after your purchase.

Purchase by Mistake

Accidental duplicate purchase or wrong credit amount selected (within 24 hours).

Technical Errors

Credits were not delivered due to system failure or payment processing error.

Important: All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, credits become non-refundable regardless of usage status.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits have been used to generate any images (even partially)

  • Refund request made after 24 hours of purchase

  • Account suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image quality or results

  • Change of mind after using credits to generate images

  • Credits expired due to inactivity (as per credit validity terms)

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase

  • Promotional or bonus credits (only paid credits are refundable)

Critical: Once you use even 1 credit to generate an image, the entire credit purchase becomes non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

Extended Service Outages

If our AI generation service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) preventing you from using purchased credits, we may issue credit extensions or refunds at our discretion.

Billing Errors

If you notice an incorrect charge or duplicate transaction, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and refund verified billing errors.

Unauthorized Transactions

Report unauthorized charges within 48 hours. We'll investigate and work with Razorpay to resolve.

Credits Not Assigned

If payment completed but credits weren't added due to technical issues, we'll either assign credits or process a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved for unused credits:

  • Review: 1-2 business days to verify credits are unused

  • Approval: Email confirmation once refund is approved

  • Payment Gateway: 3-5 business days for Razorpay processing

  • Bank Credit: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

  • Total Time: Up to 10-15 business days for full refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that's not possible, we'll contact you for alternatives.
